Supercomputer Education and Research Centre, Indian Institute of Science, invites applications for the following posts :

1. System Administrator

  • Qualification : MCA/M.Sc.(Computer Science), BE/BTech in any one of the following Disciplines:Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, and Telecommunication. Skills required: Knowledge of C programming and UNIX are required.

2. Junior System Administrator

  • Qualification : BCA/B.Sc.(Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology) Skills required: Knowledge of C programming and UNIX are required.

Application Fee : Rs.150/- for GM,OBC and Rs.75/- for SC/ST ( No DD for PH candidates) DD should be drawn in favour of The Registrar, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore-560012 payable at Bangalore.

How to Apply : Candidate apply Online on or before 14.12.2011. Printout of the online application form along with the necessary certificates and DD should be sent to the  Assistant Registrar, UNIT-1B, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore-560 012 superscribing on the envelope “Application for SATP (or JSATP)” on or before 16th December 2011.
