Qualification & Experience– An eminent scholar as a Reader or in an equivalent pay scale with published work of high quality, actively engaged in research, with 10 years of experience in postgraduate teaching, and/or experience of research at the University/National Level Institutions, including experience of successfully guiding research at doctoral level.
OR
An outstanding scholar with established reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge.
Self attested copies of all educational certificate/experience certificate and self assessed Academic Performance Indicator (API Score) Category-III (Science and Humanity separately) in the prescribed Performa should be enclosed with the application form.
Application Fee: RS 650/- paid through challan in any branch of State Bank of India.

ELIGIBILITY :
(i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with two years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-4 of Rs.37,400-67,000 +8,900(GP) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or
(iii) with three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-4 of Rs.37,400-67,000 +8,700(GP) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience as under :
(i) Degree in Civil Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent;
(ii) Post graduate degree or post-graduate diploma in Public Health Engineering of a recognized University/institution or equivalent; and
(iii) 8 years’ experience in Public Health Engineering including investigation, design, construction and operation of water sewerage installation.
